Problem: I can't type in any information after getting a notice that "Email fields do not match."
Solution: You may have switched windows to another program and then back to the registration form. Minimize this window, then un-minimize this window, and try again.
Problem: I get a message that my username already exists.
Solution: Before retrying the registration form, check your e-mail (including your junk mail folders) to see if you have received the confirmation e-mail with your account information as originally submitted. If this is the first time you've tried to register, someone else has already registered with that username. Currently, we are transitioning to having your e-mail address be your username, which should eliminate the chance of duplicate usernames. If you continue to have problems, please
