

Problem: I get an "Authentication failed" error when I try to log in, and I know my password is correct.
Solution: Try clearing your browser cache by following the procedure appropriate for your browser:
- For Internet Explorer (v6):
- click on Tools | Internet Options
- click on the Delete Files button
- check the box to "delete all offline content"
- click OK
- click OK
- For Firefox:
- click on Tools | Clear Private Data
Problem: I can't otherwise log in.
Solution: Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser:
- For Internet Explorer (v6):
- click on Tools | Internet Options
- click on the Privacy tab
- set the slider bar to "Medium"
- click OK
- For Firefox:
- Tools | Options
- click on the Privacy tab
- check the box to accept cookies from sites (you may choose to change the "keep until" option according to your own preference)
- click OK
